Represent Women Launch in Northumberland

The Employment and Inclusion Team were pleased to attend the Represent Women launch event in Amble on 30th April. The session offered an insightful overview of the project’s aims and initial findings, highlighting its commitment to working with, and for, women and girls across the North East. 

We particularly valued the opportunity to hear from local female-led organisations and to celebrate their vital contributions. The informal setting encouraged meaningful networking and thoughtful conversations, all complemented by a warm atmosphere—and of course, tea and cake. 

This event was a positive step in strengthening collaboration across the region and supporting gender inclusion at all levels.
